This line, which was abandoned by C&O in 1979, started exactly 100 years earlier as a 15 mile narrow gauge railroad shortly thereafter converted to standard.

Although the ROW is clearly visible in aerial views, These bridge abutments (which can be seen from the main road) appear to be all that is left from those days.

Saginaw & Mt. Pleasant Railroad crossing the North Branch Salt River, near E. Rosebush Rd., Rosebush Mi.
I couldn't see it on streetview, but was able to verify it with Google Map imagery, prob the same photos you used. Man this one was deep, nice find.

I am amazed you found that one Pixl!!! Very obscure. It is not even a town. Just an elevator on the other side of Rosebush Road.

This location is the terminal of a rail service that started in a major Ohio city, proceeded for 38 miles to this Michigan city.

Image
Freight house (shown) as well as the two story depot are still there.

You have the right town, but the wrong RR. The Toledo and Western RR was built West out of downtown Toledo as a interurban line, but to a higher standard so it could also haul freight. The line is mostly in Ohio, but turns up into Michigan just South of Morenci. See the green interurban line at the bottom edge of this map.

Wih snow on the ground outside and cold again, I spent a good part of today looking for this. This was not nice or easy.
You would think when a bridge is painted Ann Arbor RR, it would be in Ann Arbor or at least somewhere along the existing AARR.
But here we are 130 miles away on M-20 West side of Mt. Pleasant looking at the GLC crossing. Hmmnn..
