It does not have Culver's, therefore it can not be useful.

My Favorites:
Well...now that I look at it, I like most of them.
Are you in Canada?
Are you a police officer?
Are you drunk? On malt liquor?
Are you high?
Is your name Jared?
Is it Sunday? (Chick-fil-a isn't open on Sunday)
Will you eat Arby's? (If yes, eat at Arby's)

Where's Hardees/Carl's Jr. or A&W? There's an A&W in Bridgman at the BP station, but I don't think they have a drive-thru. Lots of them in Wisconsin. Also one at a KFC in Chesterton, a bonus because it is not far from Porter.(Gotta keep this train related .)
There's a Hardees on M51 south of Niles. The old Burger Chef (bought out by Hardees in early 1980's) restaurants in Benton Harbor are both vacant, once being Hardees. I noticed what looked like a Burger Chef style sign and building in South Haven, was probably once a Hardees, now a Chinese Restaurant.
Burger King and Arby's in Elkhart are good places to eat, railfan wise, as they are near the busy NS line.
Also don't see Steak and Shake on the list. Ours isn't open all night in BH. BK drive thru is 24h and McDonald's is currently under reconstruction.
A good place for all-you-can-eat pizza is CiCi's. We have one in Portage,MI, one in Goshen, IN, and one in Mishawaka, IN. Kalamazoo, Elkhart, and South Bend CiCi's closed last year.
In the Benton Harbor area, there is a pretty good drive through burger place called 'Henry's.'

Re: Fast Food decision chart
Works for me! If I'm on the west coast, In-N-Out gets my business - and at 10 pm, even 11 pm, they're still hopping most nights (although a more realistic name would be In-N-Wait, never can get out in less than 10 minutes, even in drive-thru).
Otherwise it's White Castle or Taco Bell (just can't seem to find a TACO TOWN!!! anywhere), although I'm shifting to Subway more and more because of the sodium thing.

Based my decision on what lunch to have today on this chart. Resulted in KFC.

Gotta' vote for the Coney Island in downtown K-zoo. Culvers? over-rated if you ask me. B.K., Mc D, KFC, No thanks... And I'm still not convinced that what you get at Long John Silvers is actually fish. Really, what is it? That place scares me......... Anyone recall the movie "Soylent Green"???

Re: Fast Food decision chart
I agree, Culver's = GOOD. No Little Ceazers, Waffle House.... Its all wrong.
Re: Fast Food decision chart
I've never seen them rated to know if they are over-rated or not, but what I DO know is that they are overpriced for what you get.Todd Cline wrote:Gotta' vote for the Coney Island in downtown K-zoo. Culvers? over-rated if you ask me.

Culver's is overpriced, but man is it good.
Thanks for posting this, I just went out and got KFC because of it.

The proper result to a "yes" answer to "Would you eat at Arby's" is "Go back to the bar."

Another one of my favorites is "Fazolis". Right now they have their "Baked Spaghetti" on special sale at $2.99. Trust me, it is really good. I think that price runs through May.
BTW, Are there any "Sbarros" left around here? Good pizza there.....

Re: Fast Food decision chart
I went to our new Culvers about a month ago and had the "limited-time-only" Walleye dinner. The fish itself was great but the fries were a bit "rubbery", and the coleslaw was really nasty. I mean it was REALLY BAD!!!. Kind of like someone just cleaned out their garbage disposal...It also came with a soggy dinner roll. Not sure why they included that, plenty of starch with the breading on the fish and the fries...... I think it cost about $8.00 or so, I think it was worth more like $3.00...
