Why a CP loco for a Conrail officials final tour? Is there a train, and destination? Or just a tour around the Conrail properties?

Definitely will be missed. No train, just power around the terminal. Not sure about the power. Maybe to show someone at CP that he is looking for his next adventure ?

Caught a CP GE solo at delray tuning as "OCS-11". They then reversed north after going to conrail bridge. Had to flag the crossing twice as Dearborn street crossing is without power along with some of the areas signals.

That was them. The NS power was a RIP and couldn't make the trip.
