I was wondering if any one can help me with this one.

I'm looking for track charts circa 1945 to 1955.
Detroit area.
I have a full set of PM, pre C&O merger.
I have a Wabash chart from Oakwood Yard to fort/3rd st depot (granted these are a little later then i would like seeing as I75 is in them)

What I'm looking for

DT&I
GT
PRR
NYC
MC
Wabash

I know that's a list right there. Willing to pay for them if need be.

I have been looking high and low for these and i just cant find anything at all.

Thanks in advance

Zin

Not often 1981-1995 is referred to as "too new"
If they are digital, could I also get a copy? thatd be cool to look at

MQT3001: they are in PDF form on the site.

zintac: the PM historical Society might have some that are older, I only digitized the 1975-1981 series before they moved their collection.

No, I'd take digital copies pre 1955. Already have all off your site saved--did it in late October. Actually printed most of them. They are a great resource

Then again, I'm only 13. My first memories are from 2001, so a decade before that seems old...

Try this site. http://www.multimodalways.org/archives/rrs/rrs.html It has quite the coverage of maps you may like to check out. I have had some download issues here, but was able to copy and paste the link address in another window and get the pdf to download.

I am currently creating the TS 12 Mt. Clemens Subdivision. I have over 56 route miles from spanning the area around West Detroit to Tunnel yard. All done to scale.

Track maps and aerial photos have been of great help. Google Earth is a must!

Check your local library. They are able to get a license to allow downloading of Sanborn fire insurance maps.
