Sounds like there is some pretty serious congestion in the Port Huron area. A train broke down in the tunnel, and its causing a trickle down effect.

Just heard TD2 telling 386 that it would be a while before they could even get up to Tappan.

Might be a good day to check out Port Huron. Let us know if you hear any updates. Thanks.

I just heard 490 on the Durand scanner feed, 490 is working the yard at Durand.

Also just before hearing 490 which is still in the yard I heard the Hotbox detector at 59.9 there just south of gains with a southbound train 300 plus axels (my brain has ones again failed to hold on to a number long enough to post it, LOL) that was at 1:20 P. M.

It was 472 that was the offending train. They were working on pulling it out of the tunnel about 2:30am when I posted on it.

If you see 491, please post the engine numbers so that those further up the line know whats coming.

Amtrak 350 at Vinewood.

4919 from Milwaukee to Moterm

4903 light from Pontiac to Moterm

Will 472 be coming down Moterm way?

There's one going from Pontiac to Chrysler. Didn't catch the symbol. I thought he said 246. Probably 280.

I caught it at Royal Oak at 4:15, UP 5272, 340 Axles, all racks, except for one boxcar on the tail end.

Anyone know what west bound train had CN 8006 & CN 2436 leading today? Arrived Battle Creek at 3:30 pm? Looked like a mixed freight train.

Had a northbound get a track authority on the Mt. Clemens Sub at 5:30pm. Should have been 382.

387 met Amtrak 352 at Woodward Avenue. 352 had the 37 and 126. 387 - CN 5792 and 2549.

490 had the CN 2521 and 5798, and made it down to Milwaukee Junction at 7:25pm.

383 had double stacks to set out at East Yard, and arrived there around 8pm. CN 5796, 8015, GTW 4619.

144 was by Conant at 8pm. CN 5523 solo.

GTW 4903 went north out of Moterm at 6:30pm with empty lumber cars, 3 gons, and an empty 5 pack.

GTW 4919 also worked Moterm and returned to East Yard right behind 490, and was all empty lumber cars.

I also caught the autorack train that was posted on earlier, along with Amtrak 355.

491 by Birmingham at 11:45pm. IC 2463 and CN 5732.

IC 2463 is one the former LMS leasing engines CN acquired.

I just had a northbound train roll past the hotbox detector at MP 34.2 here in Waterford at 2:40 A.M. total axels 308. I believe it to be 491.
