196 is a eastbound Chatt DeButts Yard to Oakwood Yard train..the UP SD9043MAC will come back west on 171 if everything takes place correct tonight but so far no crews..171 was called 7 hrs late today and 264 died at Milan with no recrew right away..the Detrict District has been a mess for the last few weeks with trains dying everywhere..the 196 28 today actually had died at Montpelier and this was a recrew that is getting on the dead 264 28 at Milan
