RAILROAD GRAFFITI ART POST PHOTO's HERE
RAILROAD GRAFFITI ART POST PHOTO's HERE
Rail Road Graffiti. I know some people absolutely HATE to see the defamation of Rail Road equipment but I have also met some people who enjoy the ART WORK of it all. You have to hand it to them, Like it or Hate it, there is some talent out there.
RAILROAD ART. SHOW US THE BEST Graffiti YOU CAN FIND. POST THE PHOTO'S HERE>
Here's a small one we saw the other day.

Not my photo, but this car hung around Terre Haute, IN in plastics service for a few weeks last year. INRD even parked it near Fruitridge Ave so people could get photos of it.

Don't know where the picture is, but BB has a famous boxcar that showed up on the MQT several times last summer with an interesting face.

Re: RAILROAD ART POST PHOTO's HERE
Well, it does look like there's some 'talent' out there...as well as some folks with a lot of time on their hands.
Some even show at least a minimum of courtesy in not covering up reporting marks. That probably takes some of the urgency away from the railroads' need to repaint their equipment, preserving the 'art' for all to see. There's no denying that it is eye-catching.
But it's also apparent that these same people are spending an awful lot of time trespassing on railroad property. Do they climb up and down on the cars to reach all areas of their 'canvas'? Do they set up ladders or scaffolds? Small wonder railroads don't want any public---railfans or taggers---around their property these days.

I just love when its well done art. Sad that its on a train car, but that just means its constantly displayed in a new place!
