CEBX 800 heads up - CN west to Kansas
CEBX 800 is back on its journey west (destination is Kansas)
should get as far west as London, ON tonight, and sarnia by tomorrow night
it can only go 15mph and has to be stopped for other trains.

Re: CEBX 800 heads up
IIRC when it went through last month it was on the CN through MI so I'd assume it's coming back the same way, seeing as it's on the CN now.

I wouldn't mind seeing that roll by. I'd probably try to arrange a catch somewhere between Schoolcraft and Edwardsburg. First off, when will it be passing through Michigan? More than likely tomorrow, since it will be in Sarnia tonight, I would assume. And secondly, the real question is, what the heck is that monstrosity?

Hey, calm down. Not everyone is always in the know about this stuff. Some of us have lives outside tracking movements. Nobody is going to sit on the computer and phone all day just to track this thing and let other people know where it is. Sorry. I'm calm. Didn't mean to have my post come across that way - didn't mean anything by it, just would like to see it.
I bet if it did indeed get into Pt. Huron at 6PM last night, its probably long gone by now. Ahhhh, maybe next time.
"Dave gets a little excited when there's an additional train on CN" - LOL! Yes, I admit it.

Re: CEBX 800 heads up
I'd love to know what they bill for moving this thing. It's a single car moving at very slow speeds going a long distance and it delays every train it passes. Anyone with any insights about what they charge to move this? It's got to be astronomical I'd guess they charge 10x more than typical freight charge.
