Good point MSchweibert. Just that thing I mentioned drives me nuts. Conversely when I bought soda on sale in 1983 it cost me $3.00/12pack. I pay the same today.

Dinner trains are extremel expensive to operate and maintain and they use fairly heavy equipment. The East Troy Electric Railroad is doing a very slick trick: Their dinner train is old South Shore cars which are self-propelled. They just are putting in a kitchen and tables. Much lighter on the track.

Man, you got ripped off! Just 10 years ago it was common for Meijer to sell 12 packs of Coke or Pepsi for 1.99. :)
