Mornings are generally the best as they tend to fleet the CP trains.

More like during the night. I just saw 8 trains on the Wabash West of Detroit in a few hours time including 2 CP's with some pretty insane power.

The rundown of what your likely to see between 7am-4pm:

CP 23T
CP 25T
CP 36T
CP Ethanol/Crude Oil/Rack Extras
NS 171
NS 289

I heard the same was the case today with a couple unit tank trains. SOO, ICE, DME, etc.

What is "good power"?

I've usually caught a train or two per hour in the morning, 9-11am or so, when I've stopped at Romulus.

The best time to 'fan the Wabash is the best time to 'fan anywhere, three hours after sunrise and three hours before sunset.
