I don't believe that there is no place on the Rouge River in Dearborn (which is the only river crossed by tracks in Dearborn) where there isn't those concrete riverbanks.
Another hint is its on Conrail Shared assets and the train is NS 31M, chrysler autorack load out of Sterling.
Is it the Downriver area like Wyandotte or Riverview?

Warren Mi the river is called Red Run and there is a park close by thats called Eckstein Park just north of Chicago Rd

Yes, NS 31M being by a CP engine over the Red Run on Sterling Secondary in Warren. Eckstein Park is on the other side of the bridge in the background. Im surprised AARR didn't guess this one I guess the Canadian reporting marks really threw off location at first.
