Which engine did they run south? I know 2019 has been out of service with electrical issues. I have not seen it used at all last week.

They used 3885 on their run to clear the tracks. 3885 and 1216 have been on the nightly southbound train.

At 7:00 this morning a MS Geep and the Switcher were light engines stopped by Reindeer's Blueberry farm.
Around 9:00 I heard them blowing for crossings in Grand Haven.

Grand elk north bound busting drifts with about 25 cars between three rivers and school craft at 14:02
Large cut of cars on the main a few miles behind them just north of three rivers. EOT on the rear of the cut. Approx 1 mile long.

They might be doing some heavy repairs on 2019. They had a good size crane at Henry Street yard around noon today. They were working in front of the South door, where 2019 has been parked. Roads were too bad to look too close.

Does not look like Grand Elk has ran from Kzoo into Grand Rapids in quite some time, maybe since last week. No hint of usage at crossings.

edit:As of 6pm on Wednesday, Grand Elk has now been into Grand Rapids.

Michigan shore clear at the bridge at 10:00 on the dot! Both 38's leading 27 cars. Lots of sand and a healthy cut from fremont I might add. They should be cooling their heels down at the switch in west olive right now.

The 702 arrived in Durand at about 1430. I counted 43 cars but I could have been off.

Been a while since I've been able to see the GLC in Cadillac. 395 and the snow plow headed into Selma Yard from the south around 1430 and kept going to Yuma. Returned from Yuma around 1615. Spotted 399 all by itself heading to the north yard from Selma around 1500. Was wondering if the plow was going to make it out this year.

Cf&e 3885 and MMRR 2019 lead the michigan shore south through grand haven at 10:45 tonight with 6 of sand from Lincoln, 3 from Barry and 2 tanks from Webb for a total train of 11 cars. Sounds like they are just now getting their EC-1 onto the csx.
