I wish people would stop trying to use 645 power assemblies in a 567D block. It really doesn't work under any appreciable load.

Granted, but the FRA outlaws use of locomotives that have had their trucks changed from AAR to Blomberg B/M (or vice-versa) due to the massively increased derailments caused by poor workmanship in converting the frame to accept the different truck.
