Didn't mean to sound cross, just not much happening to really shoot much. Don't mistake my bluntness for being mean.

Anyone happen to know if they'll be operating trains this coming Monday, Memorial Day?

I would be surprised if they operated Monday so I would not bet a trip on it.

Caught 2 trains running east from Woodburn toward Defiance, 1st cut looked to be for Defiance while the 2nd cut looked to be headed to Lafarge. Track is still really rough but atleast they are able to keep the cars on the rail...

Well, the ND&W has an ex-BN SD9 waiting for them in the interchange.

Well scratch that, somehow she got dropped off here, is supposed to be for Milford Junction, also it somehow made it to Avon then back to Toledo then was supposed to be on 509 to Milford Junction but for some reason got set off on the ND&W interchange after getting dropped off at the yard in Defiance.

Still scratching my head about this one...

Its the railroad, it doesn't have to make sense.

Perhaps there was an issue that required setting it out for repair or inspection (how bearing, who knows). There may very well be a reason...Or just a bill of lading error. Or maybe to make us all wonder.

Probably a billing issue. Paperwork says to leave it there and it's another railroad why dig into it more?

Which 3 days of the week? From previous searching in this topic, seems like it'd be a Mon/Wed/Fri schedule.
