4125 has a horn that was robbed from one of the BN Geeps that were up here for re-hab before Watco changed their mind about them. The 4206 was brought up when the power shortage was at its worst. You might have also seen the 4002, as I believe the 4009 is working the local job down here.

The ex-BN horn isn't necessarily a bad thing :D

GLC met the AA at osmer tonight, arrived at 9:54, and did interchange with the AA. We're still working at 11 when we headed south with the AA. 397 and 398 were the power.

Is this on Paluster St where it meets Whaley St? If so, I was about 30 seconds to the west of you on Whaley. Great spot for photos.

Must have left the second cut on the Grand River bridge. Poor little 24 couldn't handle 17 loads up the hill.

Darn. Would have been the perfect day for a NB chase.

Grand Elk 501 returned north right about 5:00 with the 4009 and 18 cars.
Something else is heading north now. Not sure if it's 302 returning or a grain train.

GLC 392 and 393 left Cadillac towards Clare at 0930 with 1 tank car, 1 pole flat for Mcbain, 1 tank car (placard 2078) and 5 tank cars (placard 1075).

They returned around 1645 during the 10 minutes I was inside all day.

Believe they may have ran to Kalkaska on Saturday. Heard them Saturday afternoon on the north end and there were tank cars with a sand hopper buffer spotted behind Family Video yesterday.

Was on my way to pick the stepdaughter from school last night and while crossing the JAIL I saw 3 headlights down the tracks. This was about 6:00 PM only 12 hours later then normal. Not sure if they have changed their schedule or if they had problems with the cold Monday. I did not stick around to see the train as I did not want the kids out in 7 degree weather waiting for me, waiting for a train.

Guess I am a better parent then a railfan...
