Thanks for confirming. That's Co-op Elevator. It's a small place that gets some fertilizer and I've seen them loading a few cars from their small storage bins.

Appears I made a pretty difficult one, no guesses even.. Town's name, take an element on the periodic table of elements and add an S to the end. Give it a try
