Here is the same line where it crosses US-23 near Milan. This was the first place I looked because the bridge looks almost the same except a bit more rusted. Note the design in the concrete abutments, same as the 1st photo.

Boom, i can confirm he is correct. Looking south from I-75 in Grayling...verified via google maps.
The spur to the right used to be for Wickes Lumber many years ago. They may have done some lumber transloading there too...but probably not in a few years.
