Wait is this Coe Rail? Those rails were gone by 2012...

Me too. Plus I thought the tracks looked in decent shape for Coe/MAL :?

Correct again!

This is now the end of the rails, they used to cut thru the neighborhoods and even a park continuing up into Leelanau Co. IIRC it was called the "Renie Sub" or something of that nature till it connected up with the Manistee & NE. rails.
I just stopped and snapped these pictures this morning.

Yes it is. Actually right in Bay City on Martin Street
Martin Street is along the LSRC line.

The HESR line to Midland near Euclid Avenue looks pretty much like this.
