Where Is It?
Re: Where am I?
This one is tougher but I am guessing someone knows it or can figure it out. It is an old spur that served a few industries off a class 1 line.

Is this south of Jackson on the line that went to Cement City (now ends at Worthington)?

Since I have been skipped, I'll give some hints. (Mline and other detroiters can guess now)ConrailMan5 wrote:On the conrail, shoving back into a business. I believe this is the end of the branch they are on. Considering how many people follow conrail around here I don't think it'll take much but am willing to give hints. Bonus points if you can guess the job.
Business is a steel business on the northwest side of Detroit.

Not skipped, I worked on it for a while including the NW Detroit area. I'll give it another look.ConrailMan5 wrote:Since I have been skipped, I'll give some hints.

No I don't mind, I just like giving hints. Plus not using street view is more of a challenge for you all.Pixl wrote:Not skipped, I worked on it for a while including the NW Detroit area. I'll give it another look.ConrailMan5 wrote:Since I have been skipped, I'll give some hints.

One of the few segments of the former Cincinnati Northern that's still in use. A lot of the former railroad is abandoned in favor of other routes.Michael wrote:Yes it is. Well done AARRAARR wrote:Is this south of Jackson on the line that went to Cement City (now ends at Worthington)?Michael wrote:

Your photo is at Lonyo and Radcliffe Street, which is on the Detroit/Dearborn border, and that job is delivering cars to Kenwal Steel Company on the Shared Assets.Since I have been skipped, I'll give some hints. (Mline and other detroiters can guess now)

LV-9 and that is correct. We stumbled upon it from Farmington Hills after leaving Toledo via delray. Knew a detroiter would pipe up eventually.GTW6401 wrote:Your photo is at Lonyo and Radcliffe Street, which is on the Detroit/Dearborn border, and that job is delivering cars to Kenwal Steel Company on the Shared Assets.Since I have been skipped, I'll give some hints. Re: Where am I?
If its South Lyon that would indicate the former Michigan Air Line (GTW) wouldn't it?
