Looks like your guess of Zilwaukee was correct AARR. Westervelt Road. Pixl left just enough of the bridge in the background

This one I am very familiar with. Goddard Road by DTW. I love to stop there when I can and have the planes fly right over head

Why you could watch TRAINS, PLANES, and AUTOMOBILES all at the same time!

Yes it is Goddard Rd. at DTW.

It is a great spot and I am sure someone has gotten that perfect shot. As for me, I had that perfect shot lined up but the airport police came by and shooed me away.
There are plenty of signs that say no parking, no stopping, no standing.

You can't just wait there. You have to time your arrival a minute or two before you know a train is coming. Either they patrol regularly, or they have some kind of sensors, or maybe someone in the tower sees you and sends them. In any case, you only have a few minutes to get your shot and flee like the wind.

There's always this spot in Romulus:

Same runway as my picture on Goddard Road, but I think you are standing on the Vining Rd. overpass and using a long lens. Nice colorful shot!

JT,

Looking at the aircraft in your photo at first I thought DC-9, but the engines don't look long enough so maybe a Boeing 717, anyone know?

Yup, you got that quick.
Another one.. I'd like to see more shots on this line. Think this line only sees a few trains per week:
