Anybody care to rehash the history of Indiana Hi-Rail? I recall a 1992-ish collapse, a very interesting roster, and a lot of random branch lines across Indiana that appeared to be sinking into the mud. That's about it. It might give some interesting background to the current dispute. Thanks.
