Yup, the miniature railroad at the Monroe County Fairground, looking east with S. Custer Road (M-50) at the left, just east of Raisinville Road on the southside of S. Custer Road in Raisinville Township, Monroe County. The Little Smokey train operates only during the fair week each year but did not this year due to safety issues.

Based on DaveO's hint I suspect this is a former produce warehouse and sheep carcasses (from Australia) might have been unloaded here. The GTW Dequnidre Cut seems like a good guess.

The Capital of South Australia is Adelaide. Adelaide being the name of the street on top of that pretty concrete. What are the odds the concrete still looks like that?
