Lowell has more than 15 hoppers, might have made 2 trips today. first time they have left King cars in over a week. Around noon, the WB had 6 cars, mostly or all from AMWAY at the yard. Still more King hoppers at the Ann Street yard.

Around 20 cars on the EB track at the GRE yard today. Looked like 3 on the front are for AMWAY. But I saw nor heard nothing moving.

GRE returned east around 5:00 with looks like two hoppers. Driving through Ada, there were several AMWAY hoppers left along the mainline. Not sure if they were empty or full. GRE seems to go east afternoons now. Maybe they wait for the Grand Elk, which I have seen switching the north end about the same time.

GDLK delivered to the GR at 23:50 Thursday. They seem to come north to the sand transload in the pm. If they bring 20-25 Kings with an equal number of Brinks, that's a good size train coming north.

I am not sure when CSX makes up there. I used to see them after work ( between 5-7:00pm) switching Padnos, etc., but I have not seen them in months.

Y297 departure from Wyoming Yard is scheduled for 18:30 used to be only M-F but has been north on a few weekend evenings. 7pm is a little early to see them lately

Sometimes I catch Y297 headed to the north side of G. R. when I'm headed home from work. 6544 was on the train with half a dozen Railbox 60 ft. cubes. Who gets them?

Re: Michigan Short Line Updates - February 2019
Some MMRR sightings/changes were made today. We took a little trip to visit family in St. Louis, and saw some changes at the MAC facility east of Breckenridge. The large green tanks at the fertilizer plant have had the Crop Production Services logos painted over and they now bare the Nutrien Ag Solutions logo. There were a dozen tank cars and a covered hopper located there. Bear Truss in St. Louis had a loaded centerbeam flat and a tank car on the north side of M-46 and three covered hoppers to the south of the crossing.

Looks like a few hoppers along the mainline south of Lowell also, maybe 5 or 6.

Michigan Shore Z627 was arriving at Waverly yard in Holland around 10:00 this morning. Both Geeps and maybe a dozen cars.
