Heard them return to Cadillac around 1600. Caught 329 and 399 switching the feed facility. Nice to see some different locos, 397 and 395 were up here a month.

Will sand be hauled out of Yuma again this year?

AAN, as always thanks for the videos you put up.
I finaly got out of the assisted living home I'm in and went for a nice car ride. I saw many many bundles of new RR ties spotted trackside near the soccer fields on Keystone Rd., Traverse city. Must be a rehab of the tracks to come in that area. Anyone know more?

Part 2, this time in the right thread!
With welded rail being put in between Rosebush and Clare, there is a curfew out between Mt. Pleasant and Clare pushing ONTN to a night turn. ONTN was northbound through Alma after making a setout for the MMRR in N. End Wright Siding last night at 23:04.

Thanks for the heads up! That will definitely impact part of my summer GLC shooting plans. Might be a good time to get in some MQT.HESR3868 wrote:Part 2, this time in the right thread!

That would explain no running yesterday and should bring them into Cadillac sooner in the afternoons...which is good for me.HESR3868 wrote:Part 2, this time in the right thread!

Sorry about the bump. I didn’t look at this post until later. Also, thanks for the heads up on the welded rail.HESR3868 wrote:Part 2, this time in the right thread!

Haven't seen wood chip cars in a while. When the new plywood plant in Grayling opens the wood chips were supposed to go there (by truck). So I'm presuming that's what happened.
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...
