Just for the heads up for any rail fans on the Plymouth sub. I just talked to a CSX maintenance person who was working on the turnout in south Lyon. He said that D705 should pass through south Lyon around 11:40. He also said that around 11:20 a track inspection team should come
through.
D70513 departing Rougemere
There is also a V944 coming up to Plymouth.
Thanks for the update on d705. I have heard that v44 is headed toward Plymouth. When do you think it would come by south Lyon?
Also d705 might be held in Plymouth for a bit because the track inspection highrail is headed to Plymouth. It just passed south lyon

D70513 had 135 cars out of Detroit today. By Howell at 13:50. GLC held them for nearly an hour while at Ann Pere picking up the 65 cars D708 sat off last night and had 45 cars to set out. D708 was late yesterday because they had a 12:30 call time. They died here at 00:30 and was recrewed by D707. V944 will get to South Lyon when it gets there. These Plymouth Sub grain empties sometimes sits at Lily Road Plymouth for 24 hours just waiting for a crew to take it west.
No one can say for certain Micah, when any train will get to a certain location because anything could happen at any time to delay them, and frequently does. Just like your D706 who had a green light at South Lyon last week and then the signal was knocked down three hours later because the train died at Williamston.

I think it will go by South Lyon at 2:55pm this afternoon. I say that because it went by Howell at 3:28pm. 819+3176 on the head end with 93cars.

That must be a typo... 2:55pm has already passed....

It's a joke, because it already went by South Lyon. And it's about 30 min from South Lyon to Howell by rail.

Per friend, D705 already completed through East Lansing some minutes ago onward into Lansing. It stopped on the main near Trowbridge as D708 eastbound took the siding there
