From the scanner archives, D706-23 between 04:25am/04:55am was reported by the DD at mp CH126.3 with 598 axles & 8,718 feet long. CSX #751 + 2 & 145 cars. Assuming the other 2 engines were CSX engines #543 + #3280 all from yesterday's D705-23.LansingRailFan wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 9:49 amD706-23 currently in Ensel. Has 197 leaving. D802 cleared New Richmond around 11:10. I first heard them blowing at East Saugatuck about a half hour earlier. Not sure why they were going so slow. They were crawling as they crossed the Kzoo River.

Looking at ATCS as of 12:20 it has not been lined up toward Trowbridge. Has it left Lansing?

Re: CSX Train Location Updates: October, 2020.
So D906 is heading East from Lansing? And D708 and is heading west from Howell? That doesn’t make any sense, they’re gonna hit each other.bluewonderrails wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 12:33 pmFinished by me before posting unit numbers hereMicah_D wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 12:30 pmbluewonderrails wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 12:29 pmIf that then was D906 clear of Trowbridge, 751 and 543 front. 3280 mid dpu

Re: CSX Train Location Updates: October, 2020.
V91921, 91 car grain empty went to Grand Ledge overnight. By Howell at 02:35. 819 leading and assume 3176 was with it as that went east on the last Webberville grain load. Evidently D906 has not left Trowbridge yes as the RN just let GLC out onto CSX at 12:47 to put more cars in the Howell pass. And yes, D708 finally picked up the 82 cars on Friday that had been there since Tuesday, as well as the 20 cars in the Ogihara run around and went back to Lansing with 102 cars.
