Hard to think of where ball diamonds would have been in such a tight residential area on this side of the tracks.....

I remember back in the 70's working at Carleton Tower most mornings hearing the DT&I dispatcher put out a train order for a train to "run extra Flat Rock Yard to South Yard." Never actually checked out South Yard in any of my travels back then, though.
