D706-05 @ 05:05 eastward was reported by the DD mp CH126.3 with 360 axles. CSXT engines #5386 + #5371 & 87 cars. There was some EC1 activity around 07:37 about him being able to clear the east end of Trowbridge mp CH83.1 but the message is hard to understand as to what was going on.

Green Oak DD at CH39.1 says 264 axles and 4071 feet, which lines up with the Howell report of 63 cars.

06:55 CT: Q326 on sheet at PO Tower aka CP 482 on the NS Chicago Line. UP 6462 leading, UP 7710 in the middle. Lots of freight, I’m sure somebody will provide the car count later. Too bad it’s an ugly leader Widecab GE that’s faded and doesn’t have the nose herald.

D705-05 at 13:54 had gotten permission by the West Absolute Signal (WAS) stop signal at the east end of Trowbridge mp CH83.1 and at this time (14:54) he is still doing work in Lansing.

D705-05 @ 17:52 sounded like he had advised the RN Dispatcher everything was lined & locked at Ensel mp CH90 & that they hope they'll make it to Grand Rapids.

D705-05 @ 18:15 westward was reported by the DD mp CH104.3 with all of the axle & footage data broken up. He has CSXT engines #103 + #5105. The DD Site radios only have about 1/10th of the output power compared to the engine radios and the atmospheric conditions factor in, too.
