Another 7am dock/ hill

3000-3011:

We only shoved one drag on the dock, and pulled the North emptys as there are pockets in need of repair. Lots of yard work switching the RIP tracks, making the yard pretty. After all that fun stuff we went up the hill to Eagle Mills.
Here's one of the pellet pickers cleaning up a switch for the section....

some of the "new" MOW flats

When I say new I mean the old box cars that are not used anymore.

A view of the green box cars "new MOW flats" and the LIRR ore cars sitting in the North end of the yard..

This would be ( from what im told) a very old box car that derailed and has been rotting for many many years just before CR550..

C&O this is the best could do with the roof of the 2501..

Those roof shots are a huge help.. not perfect, but they'll go a long ways for my modeling. Thanks a bunch! Keep up the good job with the photos of things us 'fans don't normally get to see.

I was waiting for you to ask. The DET EDI Units al long gone, all thats left are a few scattered parts on some of the power, and the silver trucks at Eagle Mills. The last parts units at all in BN paint and are 3001-3002-3010-3072. These are pretty beat up and missing tons of parts, and I wouldent be suprised if they dissapeared soon.

Great shots, Chris!
Those "boxcar" remains near 550 are actually one of the old wood cabooses from what I've heard.
