I think I am correct to assume these engines came in on a Q train and are now being used as local power.

That said, what ever became of the trial run of UP coal that went to West Olive? Was it just a negotiation tactic to put some fear into BNSF? Or might we see some UP trains in the future?

Hi Todd, the UP #5893 + UP #5420 became the replacement "pusher engines" on Jan 30th. N802-07 ran yesterday & was the 1st coal train in months from Provisio & they usually have 115 or 116 coal cars. Expecting an E802 or E803 to be running when the empty coal train is moved out of Wells siding with UP engines #7792 + #7021 (if I had correctly read "7021" when he went thru Holland this morning).
