Just curious, why are they tying down at wells if there isn’t a coal train running? Is that a sign that a coal train maybe running tonight and they’re putting them there so they don’t have to run them from west olive to wells when the coal train arrives?

There is a loaded coal train running that was on duty around 11:30am in Chicago. There is also a loaded coal train (N800-23 from yesterday) tied down inside Wells too.
