At Midnight, WB M399 with CN 3069 (the WC HU) leading was at Paris Junction, Ontario.

CN 3069 had some sort of PTC issue because the power was spun in Port Huron. CN 3067 leading CN 3069 on M399 through Durand at 11:03 on M1. It's in downtown Lansing now.
