L302-05 @ 23:37 reported that CSX #7774 failed an FRA(?) inspection, windows were broken and needed to be taken to Chicago. If CSX #7774 is heading to Chicago, they will spin their power. Sounds like CSX #7774 will be by the office (?) and taken on M327?
