Conrail has a train sitting in the interlocking at Milwaukee Junction. 116, 515 and Amtrak 350 are/will be waiting on CN.

Per ATCS, something that worked Durand Yd left SB onto the Holly sub minutes ago, about to pass through Gaines at the time of this post

@Robertrains . By now, A492 should be in Flint getting ready to work or almost arriving to the yard to begin. No idea how long it'll be there before proceeding east

Yes, this has happened before!!!! Will you post when the ATCS shows 492 lined east to leave Flint Torrey Yard? I will send my friend Roger to capture this train (with my 35mm Canon® S.L.R.) in probably the Port Huron area! Guessing that could be a couple hours!!!!!    Is this CN Dash8/Cowldefinitely going to "Scrap?" :?:

Per Amtrak Train Status, 350 terminated at Detroit Station instead of Pontiac today at 2:11 pm or so. Must have been because of that Conrail train blocking Milwaukee Junction, I guess.

NB 515 just rolled by MP 22.5 with a long train at 5:32 going slow, I presume because of all the car traffic on Woodward in Pontiac with the Dream Cruise kicking off unofficially tonight (and all week long).

And now at 5:40 pm, Amtrak 350 just went past MP 22.5 on the Holly. Go figure. 355 will be late though 350 had two locomotives again, one on each end.

M394 east clear mp220 at 17:40. CN quad #3074 + #2816 + #2535 + #2434 + #2196 + #2450. More R.I.P. power

@Robertrains - I ended up out to help someone do something and am out now for a bit so won't be able to keep notice if A492 or even M394. Much luck though if you can get your friend out there to see them

That SB Cn train crossed the diamond at 15:55 or so, just shy of 16:00. CN 8896/CN 5777 and the symbol was L50862 with the ‘2’ denoting a section section of L508. This train ran flint to Durand and then south. They picked up a MOW train that had been stored on the north track in Durand Yard.

I don't recall hearing 508 or X508 go by last night, nor any Amtraks, so must have been soundly sleeping by then.

 Hey LansingRailfan! Did this train with the OCS cars make it to Port Huron yet? Where is this train now if it didn't pass through MI? :?:

Now, I (or Roger with lent 35mm Canon S.L.R.) did not get the trains with the "Dead" DASH 8s and "Cowls!!!!" Since there were no updates, Roger was not going to waste gas just on a whim to Port Huron! Now, I am on a quest to find these engines! There should still be five stored in Battle Creek! Why is this? :?:  I may even do a trip in September to Welland, ON and seek out the "Scrapyard!" I am sure it will take months to scrap them all! GEEZ!!!!!
