C800-22 @ 18:10 advised Dispatcher some units has multiple burn out traction motors. At 18:13, he modified his EC1 to depart Grand Junction with BNSF #8437 + CSX #3459 + CSX #3133 + 129 loaded coal cars + rear BNSF #6425 DPU. He’s heading to Wells Siding mp CG41.4 to tie down.

C801-22 @ 19:07-19:18 eastward reported by the DD mp CG44.2 Pearl, Mi with 528 axles. BNSF #8437 + 129 loaded coal cars + rear BNSF #6425 DPU. The crew left behind CSX #3459 and CSX #3133 at east end Grand Junction mp 54 after reporting brake shoe issues with the DP engines to Dispatcher earlier at 18:10,

17:58 - L303-22 thru Brighton with 434 and 5257. I counted 68 cars. On the conductors' side was an excellent rendition of Tom from Tom and Jerry.
Regarding the gondolas yesterday, I too had noticed some non-ZVBX reporting marks mixed in with the new ones. I had wondered why the blocks seemed to be separated by random reporting marks.

18:37 - Green Oak reported 438 axles, the math suggests a third 6-axle unit.

L303-22 dropped off CSX #4082 SD40-3 off at Lansing after spinning the entire power around at Grand Rapids Wye. They left Grand Rapids with 73 ish cars

This was R597-22(?) with CSX #3355/CSX #7200 elephant style. These were today’s M326-22’s power and likely bringing C801-22’s loaded coal train to West Olive. The current CSX #3133 and CSX #3459 have brake shoe issues that was reported by C801-22’s crew.

00:33 - U302-22 reporting to the RN, ready to proceed from Beck Rd. CH 27.0. 716 and 3139, 46x27, 5746 tons and 4124'. They are a key train. I hadn't been in Plymouth for 5 seconds when I heard the dispatcher tone.
01:25 - U302-22 west thru EE Brighton. 716 and 3139 leading 75 cars (312 axles).

18:37 - Green Oak reported 438 axles, the math suggests a third 6-axle unit.

This was my mistake, I should have specified that Green Oak detector was reporting for L302. Once I saw 3343 I figured I should make a new post rather than update the post with the detector report.

R597-22 @ 00:12 copied their EC1 to depart Wells siding mp CG41.6 & head eastward to the power plant in West Olive, Mi with BNSF engine #8437 & CSX engines #7200 + #3355 & 129 loaded coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #6425. This was C801-22 that had tied down there yesterday evening.

Green Oak DD at CH39.1 said 320 axles.

Roughly half the train for GR, the rest for Lansing and points east. Easy switching.
