L305-28 returned to Lansing from Howell with 57 cars today including EIGHT loaded scrap loads from Ogihara, SIX ZVBX cars and two FPTX cars. In order, cars numbers were 1070,18021,625771,16027,84026,1053,76035,84022. Cars beginning with "84" were the FPTX cars. They could possibly be FTPX as I have gotten those confused before. Last night's L302 westbound the two units were elephant style, or so I thought but, but todays train shows the back to back unless they just turned the one unit around. We shall see when it gets here.

Just cleared South Lyon heading west.

18:07 - G757-27 west thru CH 49 with 90 loaded grain cars behind 3124, 4568 (OLS), and 559.
19:07 - L302-28 entering the siding at EE Brighton with 76 cars (324 axles) behind 5391, 5468, 6531, and 2037. They have CSX 483192 in the consist.
19:29 - L303-28 east thru WE Brighton with 160 and 4549 leading 92 cars (381 axles).
19:40 - L302-28 out of the siding at WE Brighton.
In addition, I had neglected to mention that U303-25 had two CSX "big logo" gons, 483426 + 1, too dark for the second number but I had ..426 committed to memory. Also, L303-26 had 300 axles or 72 cars.

They did indeed spin just the one unit upon arrival to GR this morning.

When and how did CSX engine #6566 get to Waverly yard in Holland Michigan?

If I recall, I believe CSX #6566 was in consist behind L301-21’s (06/21/24 Friday) engines that day. I missed the job briefing and may have counted an extra car for the engine
