No kidding... I mainly guessed that as I'd ride along US6 with CAPT CAPS and Raildude's Dad to chase NS between Edgerton and Butler on occasion, and the photo just reminded me of those times.

The Yard - Graffiti Museum in Detroit. Located next to Lafayette Blvd and Rosa Parks downtown near the Detroit River.
Looked for a few angled bicycle paths on google maps for ones near where it looked like a road passed over on a bridge, and luckily found in about a minute.
The spot sits atop the tunnel to Canada it appears.
