They have the okay to depart once finished up.

L302-14 may not have had to take any big delays due to L305 at Brighton today like the previous two days (because there wasn't one) but it appears they will get their big delay at Williamston waiting for L303 has it sounds like they have been there for nearly two hours already with returning power from yesterday's L303 with 93 cars including 47 loaded steel cars on the head end, thanks to SD80Mac from the last two threads on the previous page.

He’ll be taking Wells Siding mp CG41.4 & tie down. Not sure if they'll be holding him in Holland on the Fremont sub-division until Amtrak P370 passes by.
