I quickly found one for ~Z~ to see if he can get the Hat Trick of Where is it? :D That and $10 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks.

The Yard - Graffiti Museum in Detroit. Located next to Lafayette Blvd and Rosa Parks downtown near the Detroit River.
Looked for a few angled bicycle paths on google maps for ones near where it looked like a road passed over on a bridge, and luckily found in about a minute.
The spot sits atop the tunnel to Canada it appears.
