The ROW was the berm on the right but what made this interesting is the NYC RR LAND LINE post. I have not seen many of those left.

Mill Rd in Norvell MI.
The NYC mention and the compass helped a lot to find a town with a slight deviation from straight north/south streets. Viewed the county maps at michrailroads and found a NYC line that fit the bill: https://www.michiganrailroads.com/maps/ ... ty-maps-38

It looked familiar but there was an element of luck getting it correct.
It’s listed as an active customer but I’m not aware of that location getting rail service. The location near Denmark Jct. receives several cars a week I’m told.
