Re: EPIC FAILURE!!!!!!
DR, didn't know you that Chris actually did the editting on this video and added the music? Therefore, he's still up there at the top of the EPIC FAILURE ranks.DR wrote: This beats even the most EPIC FAILURE of our very own Chris.

1. crap song
2. NONE of his railfan buddies stopped him you know he ran the Idea by them and one of them filmed it
3. Its an F40 big woop theres like a ton of those things still floating around not like its an NYC shark or something.
4. gives the impression that Railfans may Rival Trekkie's and star wars fans for the nerdiest ppl out there
5. Its rated at 3 1/2 stars that mean some ppl out there liked this rubbish HAHA
I cant think of anymore im sure some will come to me while im at work tho

J T not to bash your likes in music because every generation has the music they like and dislike, but I do not see how this was ever a hit. heres the pop up video of the original... EEEKKKK

You must be a youngin'. haha That was a HUGE hit in the late 80's, and a big time dance floor filler for me way back then when I was DJ'ing. That song, along with one of his other hits "Together Forever" are still popular tunes on 80's nights in dance clubs.
It was a hit because it was a good SONG with a great melody...unlike many of today's "hits."
Here's a vid I made a couple of weeks ago at a club in Ferndale. The first song in the vid is the end of Together Forever...look how full the dance floor is:

Wait, what? What has been cut and remixed, the song in the video I posted, or the original "fail" video that Dane posted?1225hubbard wrote:O guess you could call me a youngin i was born in 81 but anyway the dance floor is irrelevant in this case because its not the orig song its been cut and remixed to be a current club song you can do that with most any song

The one you posted from the club
Ok, first of all, it IS relevant. That crowd had just danced to five minutes of that song. Secondly, it is the original 12" remix of "Together Forever" that you're hearing which is the SAME exact version that was being played back in the 80's. Third, I don't know what you're talking about in reference to "it's been cut and remixed to be a current club song." There are two songs in that video. The end of "Together Forever" and it's being beatmixed LIVE into "What's On Your Mind" by Information Society.1225hubbard wrote:J T wrote:Wait, what? Go listen again...I think you're imagining things.
