Sounded like they just stalled due to wet rail conditions. The current rule is trains over 10,000 tons are to either have help to get over the hill, or, cut it in half & take half at a time over the hill. Just had an EB go through Howell with what appeared to be a single GE and all covered hoppers. Very short. Not sure if this is L305 or a very short grain move.
