When it comes to CSX's SD70s, I've lost count the times either a ditchlight is out or both are off, or the headlights aren't on but the ditchlights are.
I wonder if the lighting controls aren't intuitive or are different enough to cause confusion, or maybe they just aren't reliable.
L302 called an approach "at the top of the hill" for CH 51, by the time they had gotten to Ann Pere the signal had improved to a clear aspect.
