If this was taken in August 1984, you would've been looking at a Conrail-owned bridge. By the end of the 1980's that bridge was only a memory. If you look towards the very bottom you can still see some rails.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Agreed! Water Street at the west end of the old Pennsylvania RR bridge over the Maumee River in Toledo.
