SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE IN WYOMING AND WILL RELEASE THEIR EC1 WHEN THEY CLEAR THE WEST OLIUVE LEAD AS THE MSO WILL BE WAITING TO HEAD SOUTH INTO WAVERLY BY THE TIME THEY GET THERE.
