New 1225 excursion trips to end the year

SRI tomorrow is having some of there excursion trip tickets go live tomorrow at 12. They are

The Maroon and Gold Express, Owosso-Mount Pleasant, Oct 12 (it will be diesel powered like last year, so PNLX 57 will run solo)

The Cadillac Limited, Mount Pleasant-Cadillac, Oct 26 & 27. It will be 1225 run, and most likely like years past, 1225 will run solo north to Cadillac, unless the Wye in Selma yard is gone. Also I don’t know if they are running to Manton or not.

North Pole Express tickets will go live sometime in late July

October 12th is the CMU homecoming game vs. Ohio University. Should be a better attended game than last years trip.

57 and the recently donated SW1200 #1155 will power the Maroon & Gold train.
We are not doing any side trips while in Cadillac.

I don’t think it’s gone, but I haven’t heard it being used since 1225 went there in 2019, I don’t know if it’s overgrown or not
