This is a former Conrail MT-6 yard slug, created from the body of a PRR Alco RSD12 or RSD15 and with the trucks from an SD7 or SD9.

Could also be the trucks from an SD35 or SD45 too, Nathan. SD7's, SD9's, SD35's and SD45's all donated trucks when the MT-6's were retrucked in the late 80's.
