I looked it up in my SPV Great Lakes East Railroad Atlas and it's the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern.

Take it with a grain of salt; it wouldn't be the first time that there was an error in the SPV (Steam Powered Videos) Atlases. After all they are produced by the Brits.
