Interestingly enough I also took a pic of it from the same trail same day.

Re: Great Lakes Central: November 2021
That's odd and a half... unless you are out there more often seeing GLC. I hadn't been to Owosso in years. Drove over to St Johns, then biked from there over to Owosso, went north a bit, then over to Corunna, and back to St Johns. Saw GLC run two locos east out of downtown to their small yard on the east side of town before getting some Chips Place pizza and going west.bluewonderrails wrote: ↑Wed Nov 17, 2021 8:02 pmInterestingly enough I also took a pic of it from the same trail same day.

Re: Great Lakes Central: November 2021
I visit for breakfast/brunch with some others most weeks, only I don't often visit along GLC's yard and usually drive away elsewhere. Nov 10th was only the second or third time I'd gone along the trail there after a few years of going. I'd been curious if LTEX #310 was [still] there having heard it was supposed to be in Owosso. Didn't find it though and just got various pictures of other units I had seen, including 397 which was a lil' stripped.~Z~ wrote: ↑Wed Nov 17, 2021 8:16 pmThat's odd and a half... unless you are out there more often seeing GLC. If you ever make your way back to Owosso in the future, a lil ways further north along M52 on the east side is a family diner called Greg & Lou's. I recommend it! One day I'll have to get myself out to Chips Place.

The High/Wide Generator went to Traverse City Last night at around 22:30, 395 and 386 hauled it. There was also a GLC crew working at Acme yesterday, not sure if it was related to that or not.

1225 is delayed by a GLC Track crew lighting the rails on fire no clue what they’re actually doing. Might be adjusting the rails.

They usually do that to fix a pull apart I believe. It will expand the rails so they can line up the bolt holes. Just a guess since I can't see it first hand.

Did anyone get pictures of the transformer load GLC brought to TVC?

Re: Great Lakes Central: November 2021
Thanks for the photos of 329 guys. Am now wondering how long it has been since it has been seen on the road working. And speaking of 397 being seen and photographed,
I have never seen a picture of this unit since its unfortunate mishap up north, quite some time ago now to see just how much damage was done.
